1. This is the legally binding agreement between your company and ours, which is associated with the confidentiality of the company.
2. This agreement is also applicable to all the companies who wish to be associated with BlackbullTechnosoft for business. Not only the company takes care of the confidentiality aspect, but even for the services they provide, the compensation will remain.
3. We at BlackbullTechnosoft believe in transparency and put all the information forward. We expect to work only when there is good faith to come across all the business opportunities. This also includes proper statements about the ideas and the exchange of information.
4. BlackbullTechnosoft cares about our clients and agrees to some of their requests. These requests should not have any alternative motive. Breaching the rule may cause legal action on the client, on which the client has to cooperate.
5. BlackbullTechnosoft agrees on assigning to the client and the company. We at BlackbullTechnosoft are loyal to our clients and pay royalty and recognition to the company, in case it earns anything.
6. All the clients have to maintain utmost confidentiality at all times and should be completely professional. Nothing should be disclosed to third parties no matter what and even if you do, then it has to be informed to the company in writing.
7. You should be told beforehand of the exchange of information with any entity.
8.The justification for the information exchange should also be legitimate and the points should be strong enough to persuade you.
9.It is mandatory for all the clients to present that portfolio, the work that has been done by BlackbullTechnosoft. This will be considered as an acknowledgment.
10. All the sections and segments of this agreement will be governed by and protected by the laws of India.
11. Trying an undercut or trying to breach the agreement will result in filing charges and taking legal action. Therefore, it would be assumed that a business that involves some improvement in it would bring out all the points beforehand. We are always open to changes and will have a meeting to resolve the problems.
