• 5) BlackbullTechnosoft Sales Managers are not responsible for any liabilities & circumstances which are out of the agreement’s project value.
• 6) An agreement of more than USD 11000 will only be valid if signed by a VP level person and our lawyer. Legal emails can be sent at contact@blackbulltechnosoft.com
• 7) Customers should feel secure with the business manager under the said limits as mentioned above.
• 8) It is mandatory for an agreement to be executed within 7 days from signing and this agreement should be submitted into the companies office record with both parties’ signatures. If the company fails to do so, the agreement will not be considered valid. If any requirement has to be updated then the agreement must get revised with all newly agreed terms properly and submitted within 7 days for right legal validation in company records.

• 2)BlackbullTechnosoft always secure code for the customer and this is the client’s responsibility to take the delivery at its earliest once the solution has been offered.If any reason client fails or he is not to take delivery of the solution then the company has the right to delete the complete solution code without any permission and company also file the case according to Indian law Government and client have to pay all the damages or loss for the entire project and client cannot file any charge not claim for compensation.
