Refund and Cancel Policy

BlackbullTechnosoftCancel and Refund Policy:

  • 1) After initiating the payment, if a customer requests an instant (within two working daysis main) refund, BlackbullTechnosoft will process the refund with a 20% deduction from the initially paid amount to cover project initiation costs.
  • 2)BlackbullTechnosoft is not responsible for filing claims and cannot be held responsible after the delivery. In situations where the information is incorrect, all the burden is on the client.
  • 3) If a customer onboards the project and requests a refund during the development phase, BlackbullTechnosoft will deduct the efforts fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer.
  • 4) In the event of a payment dispute, the project will be immediately closed, and BlackbullTechnosoft will not release any code to the customer. Additionally, a penalty of $200 will be imposed on the customer.
  • 5)Once the code and project are deployed live on the client’s server, there will be no refunds issued to the customer.
  • 6) An agreement of more than USD 11000 will only be valid if signed by a VP level person and our lawyer. Legal emails can be sent at contact@blackbulltechnosoft.com
  • 7)For SEO projects, no refunds will be provided after subscription or payment through any third-party payment platform.
  • 8) Once the client taken the delivery of code on his server or via any mean then BlackbullTechnosoft will not refund money in that case.
